The sales manager


Job responsibilities:

1, responsible for staff management belongs to the sales department;

2, make sales plan, sales target, design sales model, lead the staff to complete the business development, customer sevice work and so on;

3, directly participate in negotiations and transaction with important customers.

4, timely grasp the customer information, customer trends. At the same time, expand the sales channels, and promote the product;

5, make customer management solutions, to strengthen the management of the customer, and put forward reasonable suggestions to sales management;

6, participate in making company's policythe company system construction, cooperate closely with othervarious departments to complete work;

7, strictly abide by the regulations of the company, have leadership;

8, the sales staff recruitment, selection, training, deployment;

9, finish the department's of financial management, to prevent bad debts, timely follow-up payment collection.

10, responsible for checking of the new customers, such as customer credit investigation, trading terms, etc.

 

Job requirements:

1, college degree or above, at least 5 years sales’working experience in related electronic components sales; with having the electronic component sales experience in the traders and agents is preferred, with the working experience in the EMS/OEM electronic manufacturing industry is preferred ;

2, have the ability of mastering market, make product definition, reasonable price and effective market solutions;

3, have deep cognition of marketing work, with good ability of market judgment and development; At the same time, having a very flexible communication skills, can deal with high-level negotiation and develop harmonious communication with grassroots;

4, outgoing personality, hard working, good at communication, good interpersonal relationship, be able to  work independently and adapt to fast-paced work and workunder pressure;

5, familiar with electronic material and the characteristics of electronic components, understand specifications, parameters, alternative solutions of all kinds of electronic components and etc.;

6, with the training of marketing, management skills development, financial knowledge, product knowledge and so on;

7, highly work enthusiasm, good team cooperation spirit, strong observation and strain ability;

8, have a certain English foundation;

9, with a driver's license is preferred.



sales engineer 

 

Job responsibilities:

1, responsible for market development and sales promotion of all products;

2, finish the sales target according to the marketing plan;

3, timely follow up and deal with customer’s feedback and information, and maintenance of customer relationship, providing customers with enthusiasm, satisfaction, and thoughtful service;

4, according to the company's products, price and market strategy, deal with the quotation, the negotiation of terms contract and contract signing and so on independently. Coordinate and supervise the operation of all departments in execution process of the contract;

5, grasp the market situation dynamically, and provide market analysis and forecast report regularly;

6, make personal work weekly, monthly and etc., maintain and develop new sales channel and new customers;

7, follow the debts recycling situation timely;

 

 Job requirements:

1, college degree or above, at least 2 years relevant working experience in electronics industry, with having the electronic component sales experience to the traders and agents is preferred, Such as in the EMS/OEM electronic manufacturing industry ;

PM

 

Job responsibilities:

1, Responsible for market research and analysis of product line planning (e.g, ceramic capacitors, aluminum electrolytic capacitors, film capacitor, inductor, crystals, connector, fuse and relay etc);

2, according to the marketing plan, assist in making relevant marketing strategy, promote all departments to achieve sales target;

3, depending on the product line, processing the sample application, inquiry, and quotation etc., acquaint with customer processing with internal sales staff.

 Adjust purchasing strategy according to user demand, visiting customers regularly, control the market processing of major big customer etc.; 

4, according to company’s requirements, introduce and evaluate new supplier, maintain the whole good  relationship with suppliers. Make overall strategy of product promotion and put into effect based on the direction of suppliers’ product; control inventory reasonably and increase goods circulation speed etc.;

5、make market analysis and competition analysis and establish price system and provide market analysis and forecast report  according to the result of market research;

6, make personal work weekly, monthly etc., maintain and develop new sales channels;

7, provide training on  product knowledge and business aspects to the sales staff, technical support and product assistant;

 

Job requirements:

Financial Accountant

 

Job requirements:

1, college degree or above of related major, with accounting qualification, and accounting experience over 5 years.

2, having overall financial professional knowledge, familiar with financial laws and regulations and tax policy as well as the import and export trade,the enterprise's financial system and process etc.

3, with company processing experience interior and outside debts, familiar with three financial reports and financing statements etc.

4, use financial software skillfully, such as financial ERP, purchase-sell-stock system etc, operate EXCEL data analysis skillfully, familiar with bank settlement business etc.

5, good conduct, strong principle, hard working, with strong team consciousness and team cooperation spirit, high responsibility sense and good professional ethics.

 

Job responsibilities:

1, master and improve company's financial system, financial processes, tax management etc., and implement strictly;

2, check all incomes, expenses and costs correctly, make company's monthly and  annual accounting statement;

3, check the general accounts and detailed accounts  to ensure "account and real account consistent,account and account consistent, account and bill consistent”, and provide all kind of account statements to the requirement of company management;

4, master the company's financial situation, operating results and capital movement, create financial budget, payment plan, credit plans etc.

5、control costs reasonably according to the company cost management regulation;

7, coordinate the relationship with banks, industry and commerce,tax department .
